Where is the fuel pump and fuel filter located

What is your question?

My truck had no problems starting I had a problem getting my blowers working for my hvac we unplug some fuses and when we reinstalled it wouldn't start so we turned the key off and on to see if we heard the fuel pump kick on and it did for few times but now it don't kick on the cat starts when I put starter fluid in it but cut back off how can I check it myself thanks in advance sterling
