Changed thermostat, clutch fan. Still overheats while idling or stop and go traffic.
How long has your 2004 Dodge Durango had this problem?

Try pressure washing the radiator. I had the same problem a while back and replaced the thermostat but still overheated. I took my pressure washer and pressure washed the radiator..... solved the problem
*RESTRICTED* air flow should cause overheating under all operating conditions.. Overheating while vehicle is at idle or stop and go traffic is insufficient cooling fan operation.. It can’t hurt to clean the a/c condenser and radiator though.
Indicative of radiator cooling fan issue - at highway speed > fan operation is irrelevant ..
