Why is my 2002 dodge durango 5.9l overheating after replacing radiator hoses?

After replacing the radiator hoses on my 2002 Dodge Durango 5.9l because they blew out driving down the highway it overheats after running for 15-20 minutes. The weather has been 10 degrees Fahrenheit and below with wind chills reaching -25 degrees Fahrenheit.

I see 5.9L - be sure the antifreeze solution is strong enough for those COLD temperatures..
Possible thermostat malfunction as well.
