Hey i think I'm having a similar issue in my 02 Durango that i desperately need help with. It's over 100 degrees every day this week and my AC causes the blower motor resistor to melt on full power. (No problems on fan level 1-3) I replaced the blower motor, new resistor, new relay and i think the blower motor is still pulling too many amps and is causing the resistor to overheat on high power. Also I have a puddle of water on my passenger side floor. Help!
Hey Dude, Water was coming from the heater core so I bypassed the inlet and outlet hose of heater core. No more overheat!! I don't need heater here in Hawaii. Thanks!
