I replaced the clock spring in my 2001 durango and the air bag light went out and the cruise control works again, but now the horn on the steering wheel doesn't work?

I don't know much but try disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting it. It resets everything.

Well, check the fuses first. if no problem there? check the power and ground at the horn. It should have a constant ground and the power should work only when the horn is pushed. If both power and ground works. Suspect a faulty horn. If no ground check ground problem? if no power? Check the relay. relays work by have two grounds and two powers. One of the powers is work by the horn button. if the power from horn button is not there? Recheck what you did for the clock spring?
