My headlights shut of while driving what do i need to fix then and how much is it going to cost

What is your question?

While driving my headlights shut off after about 15 minutes along with taillights and blinkers dash lights after a few minutes they turn back on but they just keep shutting off it's very dangerous I need help also the blinkers and radio only work if the steering wheel is tilted all the way upward and I keep blowing blinker bulbs help I've changed the headlight switch and that didnt work I dont know what to do

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not driving at night

How long has your 2001 Dodge Durango had this problem?
