Hello, That is about one of the most random issues I have heard of. I don't want to speculate on it, and I'll just recommend having a professional diagnosis performed.
It dies as soon as I turn the control, I've tried every combination the heat / ac and every time it happens as soon as I turn fan speed at all
Ok, I was just thinking about this strange issue and remembered the 'high' blower speed is feed directly from the ignition switch .. That said - It's no need to investigate that idea further... The blower shouldn't have anything to do with the PCM ... That's a strange one! .. Something else that's strange is the very close proximity of the blower to the PCM .. Just saying... It may be worth while to remove the PCM and look around a bit .. Maybe even try it with PCM just laying aside.. Good luck!
