What is your question?
The truck will stall while driving down the road. You turn it off and wait 10 or so minutes, maybe move the wires on the computer if you're in a hurry. And it will start up but within a mile or so it will stall out again.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It works when you move the wires on the computer.
How long has your 1999 Dodge Durango had this problem?
Longer than a month

Wiring failures are very common for this vehicle.. Wiring harness needs to be opened up and wiring inspected for any signs of damage, corrosion or chafing of the insulation - possibly a broken wire that can still make intermittent contact.. This is usually found near the PCM (computer).. Good luck!
