Regardless of condition .. Always try a jump start first when starter isn't working, that's just what you do! .. IF that don't help, testing can commence.
I boosted it off immediately, then charged the battery. Still will not start. It was boosted off of a diesel pick up. There is several fuses relating to starting.
Start TESTING fuses... Bet there is some blown!!.. Including them big ones!
