Im having a issue with my right turn signal, right brake light. Can anyone help?

It works fine until i turn my headlights on. Once on if i signal to turn to the right, the blinker inside starts going really fast like a bulb is going out at that point, my right brake lights either dont work or they are dim. Sometimes when i turn the my lights on, there is a ding before the craziness starts. Thanks in advance.
