What is your question?
I have read of people having the light go on even when they don't even have 4 wheel drive. I've read it could be an actuator, tccm, or just reprogramed. Has anyone had this fixed and their costs?

i beleive its a software issue in tccm or dtcm, whichever module they used to run drivetrain that yr, technically there both th same jus hav different data and functions, possible SB's or recalls for this but but wont no unless brought into dealership, som r vin specific and require attn., but u need to use specific wi-tech scan tool which is a chrysler/dodge only scantool to flash module, cant use a generic scan tool, genesis scantool mayb, but using proper equipment on vehicles that need it makes a difference, but thats my opinion, ive seen modules and actuators both replaced in those cases and possibly th tipm, let me no wat u think
I am going to order a code reader but I read one this old of vehicles can take a special one do you know of a good one?
