How to get the back tire off a Dodge Dakota 2006 all bolts are off

The wheel is probably rusted on the hub. You can use a rubber mallet on the inside of the wheel to try and hit the wheel off. You can also put your back to the car and mule kick the top of the tire/wheel. Basically you need to break that corrosion free for the wheel to come off. Alex

Take off down the road - it'll come off! No - don't try that one - it's only for professionals to attempt. Liberally spraying wheel / hub with WD-40 or a good penetrant like PB Blaster will help.
