What is your question?
I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota 3.7L V6. For a few years now, it will randomly crank over, but not start. It does this in the Spring and Fall when it's the "in between" temps. It will start and run fine first thing in the morning and then later in the day after driving it for awhile, you will go into a store for a quick trip, come back out, and it will crank over, but won't start. After the truck sits for 5 minutes or so after trying to start it, it will start right up. I have already changed the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. There are no code readings on it. What else could be the issue?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Better in summer and winter. Bad in Spring and Fall.
How long has your 2006 Dodge Dakota had this problem?

Intermittent failures are extremely difficult to diagnose - closer to being impossible.. IF a professional quality scan tool were connected at the time of failure so pertinent data could observed while cranking engine - a knowledgeable technician could probably arrive at a repair solution.. IF this problem starts to occur more frequently - leave vehicle at local repair facility so the required testing can be completed. Good luck!
