I have replaced my water pump my fan clutch my other fan thermostat checked all the relays fuses and also the temperature sensor and is still overheating when driving in town

What makes this problem better or worse?

Driving in town makes it worse

Are the electrical radiator cooling fans working properly?

Yes I believe so also replaced the heat sensor thing that kicks it on when it gets to the right temp
