What is your question?
Recently while I was driving my drive belt had broken, belt tensioner had also was bent, and after I replaced everything. I had a neighbor look at it when it wouldn't move no matter what gear I put it in and said it was the transmission. Should I get a new transmission or a change or flush?
What makes this problem better or worse?
It just won't move so worse
How long has your 2002 Dodge Dakota had this problem?
A few days

IF fluid level is full - transmission rebuild or replacement is required.
the transmission cooler is built into the radiator. the belt tensioner and drive belt have nothing to do with the transmission, the only common factor is the cooler in the radiator. check fluid levels in transmission, and look in radiator for mixed coolant and trans fluid
