01 Dakota with bent valve. Repair or replace engine?

Well, wonder why I suspected that? ... Replace engine ..Good salvage engine is the best way to go! .. As you can probably tell, I've done been there and done that! .. Furthermore, the valve 'seat' has dropped out of the cylinder head thus holding the valve open and has likely damaged the piston as well (that is the norm as I have found)
