Why is there a cold air intake on my v6 bought it this way.should I put the orig

Do you have the original air cleaner assembly? .. Just curious... search cold air intake on google and youtube!.. Just saying.! .., If it's running ok .,, no check engine light it will prob be ok.

Cold air intakes are a performance enhancement and some times help with fuel mileage...if filter is clean use it.
