1998 dakota 3.9 v6 .. auto.. truck is bucking when goin up hills ....

i just replaced the transmission in my truck ... factory tranny... it bucks goin up hills or when there is strain on the engine.. when it kicks into passing gear its fine but not much pickup in speed.....
