NO FUEL? Spark is of no value without fuel. Add fuel. Your distributor pickup plate may be defective. Also the 93-95 Magnum engines were notorious for the distributor drive gear and bushing wearing to the point of "no starts: due to the Crank and Cam Sensors (Dist pickup) being out of sync. Remove the distributor cap and grasp the rotor. Turn the rotor side to side. it the rotor turns more than 3/16" measured at the rotor tip the distributor drive gear and bushing have to be replaced and the distributor cam sensor re-syncronized with the crank sensor. Timing is controlled by the PCM, you cannot adjust the timing by turning the distributor. Turning the distributor will cause a no start and re-syncronizing the sensors will be required. These sensors control fuel and spark by telling the computer the position of the pistons in relation to the valves. Also, consult a manual to check for Battery voltage, Ignition voltage and Ground to the PCM, Ignition coil, coil resistance and wiring to the coil connectors. Good Luck!
huh i am have the same problems but i brought them on by crossing the wires at the pump while trying to test it and now i got no spark either could this be related and what is a pcm
