10-4 on not to warm! Check all fuses to start with.

Ok this is what I've come up with looked at a on line manual Of the fuse configuration and found that its the # 11 fuse 20 amp but can't Manuver to see what I'm doing and found my hazards arnt working either... But any way thanks for your time, but I think its going to the shop before I screw to much up by trying to fix it myself

If you have in fact verified that the fuse is not blown,in the same area where the fuse are located you will see two round about the size of a golfball sized units.These are flasher units,one controls the turn signals and the other the emergency flashers.Check that first,then I would suspect a bad ground or perhaps broken wiring somewhere along the wsy.
