my dodge ram d150 it starts and runs,fuel is going out of the exhaust system.

The customer had already replaced the fuel pressure regulator, and i rerouted the vacuum hose. We are unable to communicate with the ECM. The 20 amp fuse for the ecm is good the engine was replaced 18-24 months ago. Could it be a ground.

Check engine light still work? IF so, get flash codes. IF not, Possible; ASD relay, fusible links, wiring/connectors etc... Need a diagnostic flow chart for PCM will not communicate!
