My 2010 Dodge Charger want start... It drove ok all yesterday nw it want start

The lights coming on n the car... The horn is blowing and it was put on the machine saying that the battery was low in the key fob and the key fob needs to b changed and the man that doesn’t keys said it don’t need to b changed... Could u tell me what it is and why it’s not starting... When he try to crank it you can hear a click noise so he said it’s not the battery or the alternator
