What is your question?
Do I need a new starter or something

Possibly. Testing battery and starter connections and voltage to them , would be a good 'start'.
How old is your battery? If it is a 2007 battery, it is probably at the end of its useful life. An AutoZone or O'Reilly's auto parts store can test the battery while in the car to help you diagnose the issue. Does the car run ok once it is jumped or when it finally starts? A quick test of the battery - If you turn your headlights on with the car NOT running, are the headlights bright or dim? If dim, the battery may be bad. Also, check the connections to the battery. Is there white or yellow corrosion under or near the battery terminals? This can also be an issue for you preventing the car from starting. Hope this helps!
