What would cause rear signals not to blink even though back up lights, stop light will illuminate and when the signal is engaged it doesn't double tick on the interior indicator?

Burned out SIGNAL LIGHT FILAMENT inside both rear bulbs.. Same bulb shares responsibility for SIGNAL LIGHT - - BRAKE LIGHT AND PARKING LIGHT.. The other bulb is for REVERSE LIGHTS.. Also possible multifunction switch failure.. *Hands-on* testing is required!

My bad - bulb and wiring must be ok since brake light works.. Suspect multifunction switch failure... Try hazard lights for test.
