P0404, P0406 codes when fuel half full and resets when tank filled

Replacement of the EGR valve assembly usually fixes that problem! .. Chrysler offered an extension on warranty coverage for this issue as EGR failures became so common .. Suggest checking with dealer to see what those terms are exactly... I'm sure the mileage (60,000) is certainly ok, just don't know about year model .. Don't delay, call dealer ASAP as 10 years or 100,000 miles may be the limit! .. IF no luck with dealer .. Call Chrysler Corp. Office ..
