Front fan has been repaired several times. Last time, only higher and lower powers worked AFTER repairs were made. Rear fan just stopped recently. When moving switch to and from "circulating air", there is a clicking sound, and when off, engine revs up. A person recently mentioned an "actuator" - not familiar with this. Veh has 345,000 miles and this problem has been "worked on" several times by PROFESSIONALS. Radio recently quit playing also - soon after the rear fan stopped.
