What is your question?
Upon starting my 2002 Dodge caravan there is a sound like someone threw a bunch of crayons into a fan type of rattle but goes away as it idles but when gas is applied it returns? We replaced our alternator and battery after it drained completely. This noise was sudden onset after having issue with stalling/ and not starting despite hearing starter click. No fluid leaks/only 150000est miles. At one point during the issue it overheated. I had to wait for the operating temp to drop before it would start. Had the catylitic converter replaced the year before/ as well as the radiator fans. It had set for some time before I got it from family that didn't use for around two years. Would stall on inclines or after running for more than 15-20 minutes. Not all the time though. Outside temp doesn't matter.

How long has your 2002 Dodge Caravan had this problem?
Months but haven't been running it
*Hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualified personnel is required .. Technician will likely begin testing by removing the drive belt then starting engine letting it run TEMPORARILY to determine if noise is still present - then go from there. Good luck!
