My water pump has a stripped bolt. Is there any way to get this off. Ive tried vice grips and hitting it with a hammer.

There are a few methods that may work but you have limited working space so some of the usual means of removal can’t be accomplished.. You should find images of the various tools as well as how to videos with Google search. Otherwise *hands-on* inspection / evaluation will be required before a solution can be reached - each situation is unique - unto itself.
