Have your brakes inspected for a caliper that may be dragging, Also try rotating your tires, both fronts moved to the rear (same side)[assuming you do not have directional tires] , move right rear to left front, left rear to right front. If the vibration is eliminated in the steering, then you have a tire cord separation issue.
You could have a steering part or suspension part that's failing and could cause loss of control resulting in property damage, injury or death. Get it checked ASAP at a Dodge specialist or an alignment shop. If you want to find a specialist, here's a directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/dodge-repair-in-gardner-massachusetts
That's exactly what it was--a tire cord. Thanks much!!!
