my front passanger brake keeps locking up 99 caravan

is there contamination in your barke fluid?

your proportioning valve may be malfutioning

Front brake hose can cause this problem. And more likely ....see this often. What happens is inner liner of hose is weak and lets fluid go to the caliper but acts like a check valve and will not let fluid return when foot preassure is released from pedal. You cannot see what is wrong with hose .... just need to put 2 new hoses on.
