Engine turns over but doesn't fire

Im not sure it may not be getting fuel. I just know that it turns over but wont start. I am disabled so dont have a lot of money to get it checked out. Thank you for your response

try and get someone to spray some starting fluid in the throttle and see what happens when you crank it.
