Blower was working intermittently and then stopped working altogether.

Thanks - I tried replacing the resistor.($11 at Auto Zone) Still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Check the wire connector TO the resistor for signs of heat!.. It may need to be replaced as well. "All things being equal, the simplest solution tends to be the right one" > Occam's Razor... However there are more that apply here, possible failed blower motor OR blower motor relay/fuse! .. That's the problem with Internet auto repair advise... We must interject that which has not been proven by HANDS-ON TESTING!!
