My headlight is fine, the wiring is bad to the socket.

parts houses does sell a socket with 3 wires for an H13 or 9008 bulb 9" long.you would have to cut your wires and splice the new one in.best way instead of using butt splices would be to solder them and cover with heat shrink tubing.Autozone has them or can order for $19.99 (ea) plus tax, Part Number: SC13.or you can get TWO of them on E-BAY for $16.62 no tax,free shipping.they have plugs on each end,male & female.you would just cut the end off of yours and one end off the new one and splice in,same as the parts house socket,but cheaper.eBay item number:111198814402
