Use functional test on scanner to actuate throttle to see if it responds. Should be able to view correlation between apps and tps - may need to do re-learn - calibration .. That Modis Ulta is all you need here! Re-check wiring and connections to apps .. From my experience with this particular vehicle - throttle body replacement and calibration is all that’s needed - however anything’s possible.

has codes p2122 and p2127 will not do relearn

Problem has got to be in wiring to apps or failed pcm. You’ll likely need a diagnostic flow chart and wiring schematic with pcm pin-outs for testing. Look around for anything obviously wrong with the wiring and connections. You ‘may’ have gotten a defective apps. Good luck with it!
