Frozen fuel line

Sounds like there is water in your fuel. Was the Caliber sitting around for a while? I would purchase a product called HEAT at any local auto parts store but a fuel sample may be in order to as this is a very odd thing to have happened. 'IF' the fuel line was indeed frozen - so was the water in the fuel tank ... That could have easily damaged the fuel pump as well.
