What is the clicking behind glove compartment when I unlock the doors and start

there is a clicking behind the glove compartment when i unlock my car and turn it on also when i turn on fan it clicks maybe 6-8 times and stops. it has no power it seems and the front struts need replaced

Commonly caused by failing HVAC baffling actuator .. Also called blend door actuator.
