It sounds like a fan hits paper really fast is loud even when car has parked for a while and turned off can her it inside and outside front passenger sounds like it in the dashboard or under the hood right next to dashboard comes on whenever on or off driving or not also no heat comes out on that side from any vent, defrost, mid, or floor but does from driver side. doesn’t make the noise continuously 10/20 seconds at a time may do it 20 times or 4 times. Clicking noise no leaks

How long has your 2008 Dodge Avenger had this problem?
