What is your question?
when i open the door on my Sebring convertible the window goes down but goes right back up.so it jams against the body when closing the door so what do I need to replace
What makes this problem better or worse?
On the Sebring convertible when you open the door the window comes down about a 1/2" to allow clearance for the top. When you close the door the window goes up the 1/2" to make for a good seal. Problem is when I open the door the window goes down the 1/2" and immediately back up. Is there a reset or an easy fix for this?

It seems like the car thinks you have already closed the door almost immediately after you open. You could have an issue with the door contact switch. This looks like a seperate switch meaning its not built into the latch(thats a good thing) Open the door and you should see a little button near the striker on the body. Try pressing this button with your finger with the door open to see if it tricks the window into going up. If this isn't working you may have to replace it or inspect the wiring. Alex
You should try this window re-set procedure: https://www.justanswer.com/chrysler/2ibu7-reset-power-windows-2008-chrysler-sebring.html
