Car overheats after about 10 minutes of driving. Overflow tank is cool.

What is your question?

There is coolant spray on the engine centered at the thermostat/temp sensor area. Seems to be coming from below that point. No visible hose leaks. Water in the overflow tank is cool. Some coolant loss is evident when overheated.
