What is your question?
I was quoted $550.00 to replace the coolant housing, oxygen sensor and the engine light diagnostic test.Is that high? This is through a regular shop, not a dealer.

Since I live and work in California, this price sounds reasonable, however yo can use our estimator guide link: https://repairpal.com/estimator/chrysler/sebring for pricing in your area. Do not be hesitant to get additional estimates.
I think it is quit high priced....you can by the housing used yourself from a wreaked car 25 to 40 bucks maybe...you can tell if there good visually...and an oxygen sensor can't be more than about 50 bucks new in Washington. I'm from Oregon. Most sensors are plugs on the top of engine. Coolant housing can be accessed easily and dont take very long to do the job. I get the parts yourself and then look on Craiglist.com in your area and make a few calls. So many mechanics are out of work right now, that Ive found them as cheap as 10.00 hr or they price it by the job, and they will come to you. What do you have to loose??? Nothin but your hard earned money just a joke. Im sure the other answer from CA is also correct for his area but i now washington is not as high priced so I'd Say they are think you dont have a clue....and theyre trying to get what they can from you
