What is your question?
I bought this car used in August of 2020. There has been a steady decline in performance and function. No radio, key fob no longer opens door, and lastly the engine no longer starts.
What makes this problem better or worse?

As Pushrod said, it's highly unlikely the PCM is at fault here -- and even if it was, you'd need a Chrysler diagnostic tool on hand to replace it. Have the vehicle checked locally by a shop near you. Here's a link to some shops: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
