Chrysler Sebring Convertible - really irritating - minor issues

Chrysler Sebring Convertible - Heat turns to AC and come out of top vents anytime I turn the headlights on... Water is leaking into the passenger door and into passenger floor boarding Back left window will no longer budge or go down what so ever my car keeps burning through break pads .... ugh
