Possible Sway Bar bushing or the Steering knuckle stop. The Steering knuckle stop is on the left steering knuckle The STOP is where the knuckle hits the Lower Control Arm. It is on the back side of the knuckle/control arm. A small amount of grease applied to the stop should help if it is the source.
