What is your question?
Ok so let's name everything I've done to the car before we get to the actual problem: fuel filter and pump, spark plugs and wires, distributor, alternator and relay switches for fuel pump and sensors and fuses all new! My car won't start it sounds like it wants to but won't catch. Check engine light flashes what could it be? I'm about to give up but I've put too much into it to just Chuck it

A flashing CEL (Check Engine Light) is something serious to be concerned about. A flashing CEL indicates that your vehicle's engine is misfiring, or worse. From the information you have given it would be very hard to say exactly what is wrong with the vehicle. Guessing and throwing parts at a problem can get very expensive. I would recommend taking it to a repair shop and paying for diagnostic. It could be a number of things at this point. What type of codes is the check engine light giving you? What type of plugs did you install ? Does the vehicle have compression?
Must have *PROPER* > SPARK - FUEL DELEVERY - COMPRESSION - CLEAR EXHAUST PATH .... Which is NOT proper? .. You stated "no mechanic can figure it out" .. Not true!! .. Through systematic *hands-on* testing with the proper equipment and knowledge, this problem shouldn't be that difficult to diagnose, then reach a proven solution for the fix... However that's not possible over the internet... Good luck with it!
Thanks for the "checklist" I'll get everything tested again some place else. It's just expensive with the towing
I understand completely, don't blame anyone for trying to save a buck! .. Somethings it's best just to have it done at a repair shop, usually it ends up being less expensive in the long run.
Well that's just it it's not coding and no mechanic can figure it out. Most of the repairs were needed when it was running so it wasn't a complete waste but hasn't even been a year and I trust my mechanics work but I also heard that it could be my fuel injectors as well
