Coolant leak driving w/ and w/out AC on town. A LOT on highway w/ac

I've been adding slight coolant on hot and chilly days for 200-300 miles in town driving. On highway yesterday ran AC and tiny hose, barely reachable and under top radiator hose was spraying coolant at a clamp. I kept driving w/windows down and heat on. Air was blowing VERY hot. W/AC off I notice there was no more spray from that hose and coolant loss was minor. Other radiator hoses are fine. AC have never blown ver cold. What's up?
