check the compression and check fuel pressure hopefully will find some answer..no other codes but misfire?
Is it still setting misfire codes? (any codes?)If I'm reading that correctly, you just bought it, right? These aren't the smoothest idling engines, so it can be a little subjective as far as what is a rough idle and what is really an issue that requires repairs. Can you tell us anything else about it? Does it have good power, start easily? A tech that has the DRBIII scan tool can go to a live misfire read-out and confirm which cylinder(s) is/are weak if necessary. Can you get someone to post the long and short term fuel trims? BTW do you have a record of the timing belt being serviced? It is due if not, and that's not something you want to risk failing.
Check vacuum lines and make sure no holes, cracks or they are not connected. You can use a carb. cleaner spray on them and listen for a change in rpm's when you hit a bad line. PCV elbow hose is a usual culprit.
poss ecm is failing. iv seen this model have ecm issues b4. do you have a warranty?
