The dealer is giving us the run-around saying they "lost" it. First they were saying they're looking for it and now they're not answering or returning our calls. I realize this isn't a repair question, but with your experience, maybe you know the answer to this question. Thank you.
How long has your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica had this problem?

IF the dealership isn’t providing adequate assistance - Contact Chrysler Motors directly - you should have gotten at lest two key fobs - then it depends on the exact system the vehicle is equipped with (KeySense ?) as far as the total.
I’m thinking if equipped with KeySense there should be 3 total key fobs. Chrysler Corp can help with the exact details. Good luck!
