What is the wire called that is connected to the starter?
What is your question?
I just relaxed the starter in my pacifica. Come to find out the wire is bad that is connected to the starter. Does anyone know the name of this wire, other than the starter wire. Thanks!!
RepairPal Certified shops can diagnose and repair your 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. They provide transparent pricing with a minimum 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on repairs and services.
Are you sure it's not yel/gray ? It called the starter wire or ignition signal wire via the starter relay to the solenoid. The totally yellow wire goes through the TIPM to the PCM. will that help? The yellow is also used to engage the starter relay.
It might be yellow and gray.. Didn't look that close. I just didn't want to sound like a total idiot when I called the repair shop. I can take off parts and put them back on. But I'm not messing with wires!

No power to that wire until the key is turned to the start position, or pull the starter relay. No Worries.
