What is your question?
I have a question. I financed a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica back in December of this past year, 2013 and the fuel pump(s) was messed up. It was under warranty, so I had the company "fix the fuel pump(s). They told me it had 2 fuel pumps and that they "fixed" the problem. they did this back in January of this year, 2014. Needless to say, it is happening again. now not only is the floater bad, it acts like the tank is full when it is really not. The fuel marks half a tank when it only has a quarter of a tank. The car is very difficult to start now. I have to keep trying to start it 3 and 4 times, until it will actually turn over and start. It acts like it is not getting enough fuel to the motor also. The company I am buying the car from said, since my car is not under warranty, they cannot fix it. I am needing to know what I can do? I am so upset because they supposedly fixed the problem, but now they somehow cannot find the receipts to everything. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible and they are giving me the run around. Any advice?? Please and thank you.

After the used car warranty has expired, you're on your own. If there was an extended warranty offered, you might have been covered, but that's normal in the used car business. Find a mechanic.
Sorry for your troubles... Your best bet at this point is to find a reliable mechanic.. Its not so super expensive to fix this.. You can even get it done for free if you were to bring it to a registered Chrysler/Dodge shop as a "recall action" may cover the costs.. Good Luck
ask Chrysler if you qualify for recall F44. it covers the fuel pump and BCM reprograming. my guess is that the last mechanic replaced the pumps but didn't reprogram the BCM. If that is the case, it will do what you are explaining.
