Recently changed the plugs and since then my rediator fans stay on while the car is running and turn off when i tuen off the car did i miss something?

That's normal operation while engine is hot or A/C compressor is on .. Test > Turn 'OFF' all heater and air conditioner controls to see if fans still come on when engine is cold. (Radiator cooling fan automatically turns on anytime air conditioning compressor turns on!)
Ive turned off all a/c controls i understand when it gets hot but its constant even forst thing in the morning and also ive noticed the idle is running higher than normal
"Frost thing in the morning" TURNS ON THE AC COMPRESSOR AND RAD FANS AS WELL .. Regardless of engine temperature! After engine has cooled off for 4 hours and with 'ALL' heat and a/c controls turned to *OFF* .. Start engine and check fans.
